The Bros
Burger Bros started the way the best things do — two bros who couldn't find the burger they wanted, so they built it themselves. Hand-pressed patties smashed hard on a screaming flat-top, toasted brioche, sauces made in-house, and not a freezer in sight.
Today that same burger comes out of three kitchens across Joburg and Pretoria. Same hands-on craft, same house standard — whether you're sitting down in Norwood or grabbing a bag in Laudium.
If we wouldn't eat it, we won't serve it.

Smashed patty under a wave of truffle mayo and melted cheese, finished with crisp pickles on golden brioche.

Beef · spicy
Smashed beef, fresh jalapeños, Monterey Jack and chipotle mayo. Heat with a backbone.

Chicken
Buttermilk-fried chicken thigh glazed in hot honey, with slaw and pickles on toasted brioche.

Dog
A loaded beef dog piled with cheese, caramelised onion and our house sauces. Bun-to-bun comfort.

Sides
Hand-cut fries buried under smashed beef, melted cheese, pickled onion and spring onion. Bring a fork.
